Up to 10-year warranty coverage on your AC installation as standard.
10 years warranty included with all Mitsubishi Electric system installations over the value of £8000* with a minimum of 7 years warranty on all other makes and models of air conditioning systems we supply and install.
If your system breaks down, MAC will be there in 48 hours.
If your AC system was installed by us and breaks down, we will have a service engineer to you within 48 hours or less, otherwise we will supply you with a £50 Amazon voucher.
MAC offers temporary heating/cooling if same-day repairs aren’t possible.
If an AC system installed by us is faulty and we cannot repair your system same day, we will provide you with temporary heating or cooling until your repair is complete and you system is up and running again.*
We’ll replace your unit if a spare isn’t sourced within 10 days.
If your AC system was installed by us in the last two years and we cannot source a replacement part for the faulty unit within ten working days, we will replace the faulty unit entirely.*
